Job Description
As a Welfare Worker at Zorg Verbindt, you will work in communal living environments as well as with clients in their own living spaces.
- Giving clients a warm bath: as the first point of contact for clients and families, you conjure a smile on their faces
- Through your listening ear, you are there to listen to clients' wants, needs and concerns
- With your creativity, you contribute to wellness activities one-on-one or in a group
- You will help foster a sense of community where residents and clients feel valued
