Job Description
- Lead a team to work with colleagues to deliver the best quality of care to clients
- Transforming healthcare services to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
- Develop strategic plans, budget management and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with teams and caregivers to promote and implement best practices
For the Manager of Care position, we require:
- An experienced Care Manager with a proven track record in the healthcare industry, including leadership experience
- Someone able to motivate, coordinate and inspire teams to improve quality of care
- A results-oriented professional capable of setting and achieving strategic goals
- Willingness to work on a secondment basis and possibly support multiple care sites
