Job Description

A supervisor role in mental health or disability services
Inspire and support clients in achieving their personal goals and well-being
Preparing care plans and coordinating needed care and support services
Create a supportive, welcoming and respectful environment in which clients can grow and thrive

For the position Supervisor Level 5/6, we require:

A Supervisor at college level with a passion for care and a relevant college qualification (such as Social Work, Applied Psychology, Nursing, etc.)
Someone who is able to support individual clients with their personal goals and needs, using a holistic approach
An inspiring team player with an eye for the growth and development of our clients
Willingness to work varying shifts because care never stops

As a Supervisor Level 5/6, you can count on:
