Job Description

Support and guide clients in their daily activities and goals
Create a supportive and welcoming environment for our clients
Promoting their well-being and independence
Possibly support in daily care (ADL).

For the position Supervisor Level 4, we require:

A Supervisor with a passion for care and a valid qualification (such as SPW, SPH, MMZ, CMV etc.)
Someone willing to support individual clients with their personal needs and goals
An empathetic team player with an eye for our clients' needs
Willingness to work varying shifts because care never stops

As a Level 4 Supervisor, you can count on:
