As a Recruiter for Zorg Verbindt, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting and placing qualified healthcare professionals at our healthcare facilities.
You are the liaison between healthcare facilities and our healthcare providers. You identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, manage the recruitment and selection processes and maintain close contact with both candidates and clients.
You are driven to make the right match between candidate and position, considering both the needs of the healthcare professional and the healthcare facility.
Through your previous work experiences and large network within the healthcare industry, you know how to put together a great team of healthcare professionals.
This team is going to consist of from welfare workers to highly qualified specialists and so you will work together to achieve a professional working environment.
Job Description
You find it important to be busy with the future. How can you improve the quality of care even more, you do this by working on the following tasks on a daily basis:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the healthcare department aimed at improving quality of care and optimizing business results;
- Leverage your network in the healthcare industry to attract the best healthcare professionals and grow our business;
- Lead, coach and inspire the healthcare team to provide excellent care and promote a positive work culture.
- Ensure effective workforce planning, recruitment & selection and development of healthcare professionals;
- Monitor and improve quality of care in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal guidelines;
- Manage budget and ensure cost-effective deployment of resources and services.
- Actively contribute to quality improvement and innovation in healthcare processes and services.
Voor de functie Recruitment Consultant bij Zorg Verbindt vragen wij:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry;
- You are a strong communicator, a networker who leverages both existing and new relationships to grow the business;
- You hold a completed degree in health care;
- Affinity for the healthcare industry and a passion for improving its social impact;
- You get excited about organizing, dare to hand off work and above all are a real team player!
