Privacy Statement Care Connects
The General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) has applied to all European Union member states since May 25, 2018. With the advent of the AVG, a number of privacy and data protection issues have changed.
Zorg connects values your privacy and with this privacy statement we would like to inform you how we handle your personal data. Protection of personal data is important to us and we ensure that data is always treated confidentially. We do this in accordance with the relevant privacy legislation.

Zorg Verbindt verwerkt uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen:
Zorg Verbindt verwerkt alleen die persoonsgegevens die wij noodzakelijk achten voor het aanbieden van zorg en voor het selecteren en beheren van onze (nieuwe) medewerkers.

1. To provide appropriate, tailored care.
2. To contact you by email or phone.
3. To inform you of changes regarding our services and products.
4. To provide services to you and deliver goods to you.
5. For sending our newsletter.
6. In connection with our legal obligations with respect to data processing with respect to, for example, tax authorities and the UWV.
7. To handle claims and payments.
8. Recruiting and appointing employees.

 

Retention periods:
Zorg Verbindt bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan dat strikt noodzakelijk nodig is. Dan wel niet langer dan de daarvoor geldende wettelijke bewaartermijn.

 

Secrecy
Care Connects handles personal data with care and always treats it confidentially. Personal data is only processed and used for the purpose for which it is needed and not given to third parties unnecessarily. Your personal data is handled by persons with a duty of confidentiality. Only employees who must have access to personal data in order to function may consult it and process it if necessary.

 

Sharing data with third parties
In geval van samenwerking met externe partijen (derden) en waarbij sprake is van gegevensverwerking van persoonsgegevens, maakt Zorg Verbindt een verwerkingsovereenkomst. In een verwerkingsovereenkomst zijn de verantwoordelijkheden bij de verwerking van persoonsgegevens tussen partijen vastgelegd.

 

View, modify or delete
You have the right to view, modify or delete your personal data. You also have the right to data portability.

 

Objecting
You have the right to withdraw any consent you may have to data processing. You may also object to the processing of your personal data by Zorg verbindt. You can send a request to inspect, delete, correct, transfer your personal data or object to the processing of your personal data to: contact@zorg-verbindt.nl

 

Personal data security
Zorg Verbindt zorgt ervoor dat uw gegevens zo optimaal mogelijk beschermd zijn. Zo nemen wij passende maatregelen om verlies, misbruik, toegang door onbevoegden, onwenselijke openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging te voorkomen. Uw persoonsgegevens verwerken wij in een beveiligde database, beschermd door strenge toegangscontroles.
